KernelCare Customer Success Manager (Remote)
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role lives within the Sales organization and engages our medium to large enterprise customers to drive successful deployment, adoption, and customer value. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new customers by assessing unique customer requirements and collaborating to develop and manage the customer deployment and adoption plan. It works with the rest of the KernelCare organization to uncover new ways to make KernelCare easier to deploy and to improve our product.
Work is fully remote, with flexible hours, where you can plan your day and work from anywhere.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with selected enterprise customers at the time of sale and build rapport with customer’s deployment team

Gather customer environment and configuration data to build requirements for product deployment plan

Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their deployment and adoption progress, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement

Identify opportunities for customers to act as KernelCare advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
-
Collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering to communicate deployment status and identify expansion opportunities

Marshall resources across the KernelCare org as needed to ensure rapid and successful customer deployment

Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role
-
Experience working with large enterprise customers
-
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately across multiple concurrent customer deployment engagements
-
Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate risk and drive successful completion
-
Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
Skills:

Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.

Strong understanding of Linux systems administration and vulnerability management
