Haldor Topsoe (Moscow office) is looking for an experienced Licensing Manager for Chemicals Technology to be part of the global team placed in Moscow.
Chemicals technologies remain of key importance within the Topsoe portfolio of technologies.
You will join a strong sales team providing services to clients and partners worldwide within the syngas, methanol and fertilizer industries. Our sales activities are conducted on a highly technical and international level in close collaboration with our regional offices.
We work in an informal and ambitious environment collaborating with a strong network of specialists in the organization. The industries and markets that we inhabit are rapidly changing and it is therefore necessary that we continuously challenge ourselves and adapt to new condition faster than the market and faster than our competitors.
Your responsibilities
- Drive technology sales with current and new clients: establish, maintain and develop contacts with the existing and potential clients in the FSU countries
- Ensure timely and qualified service both technically and commercially to our clients
- Build long-term client relationships
- Achieve sales targets in line with Haldor Topsoe strategy
- Communicate client needs to the technology development team
- Provide Clients with required information, self-guided technologies presentation and to hold negotiations
- Arrange and conduct business meetings including visits to plants. To follow-up on business meetings and visits and to control over their agreements implementation
- Organize and participate in seminars, conferences and exhibitions
- Support the execution of Technology for chemicals projects at all stages of their implementation
You
- Have Higher chemical education
- Sales experience in chemical industry (experience in Techology Sales plays a key role in this position) of 5 years minimum
- Fluent English
- Have a strong drive and perseverance
- Have a chemical engineering experience and are ready to build further on those skills
- Have an excellent business instinct and understand how to convert your efforts into tangible results
- Are flexible, dynamic, and outgoing in establishing and maintaining relationships
- Show initiative and innovation when actively listening to the needs of your clients
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Are prepared to travel 50–80 days a year (primarily short and often planned trips)
