We are currently recruiting a Junior category manager to join our Consumer Goods business unit.

Main tasks
- Develop, communicate & update assortment, promo and placement tactics for the brand by trade channels based on strategy. Prepare guidelines for the Sales & Shopper Marketing teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer strategies and identify the opportunity areas for brand development from sales & distribution perspective on national level.
- Review & update Must - Gold concept based on contribution on article level and brand priorities
- Lead TM part of product launch/re-launch process. Prepare Trade Marketing launch package:
- Create trade presentations generic and customized
- Work out sales push program – SF motivation, distribution build up, visibility concept
- Evaluate launch activities with strong focus on impact
- Develop & execute POSM concepts
- Analyze & communicate results throughout Sales & Shopper Marketing teams
- Develop shopper tactics, based on shopper research outcome
- Plan and allocate A&P budget based on priority channels and business needs
- To lead category vision projects to grow category with the customer
- Responsible for Bi-monthly market data communication to the Sales organization aimed to improve knowledge of market trends within the organization. Major points are total market development, brand shares, competitors’ trends, trade channels shares on national and “KA index” level
Key competencies
- Higher education
- Intermediate English is a minimum
- FMCG experience: at least 3 year experience in implementing retail trade activities, creating POSM concepts, analytical skills
- Ability to take initiative (pro-activeness), drive process & deliver the result
- Excellent understanding of retail environment and key sales drivers
- Basic knowledge of category principles
- Good project management skills
- Result-oriented and process driving
- Strong presentation skills
- Open and Positive
- Good communication skills
