Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
Lead strategic localization projects related to long-term business development.
Lead interdisciplinary transfer project teams with local CMOs: localization, CMO network rationalization, continuous improvement process).
Accountable for successful management of transfers of pharmaceutical products, in time and in quality to and between CMOs. Lead the technical support for trouble shooting activities in local CMOs.
Lead detailed feasibility and financial assessments of transfer ideas resulting in transfer proposal and reach the endorsement by the corresponding decision committees at Global level.
Collaborate cross-functionally to roll out of transfer projects, capturing best practices and key learnings (interact with Quality, Supply Chain, Internal Sites, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Legal and Procurement as well as with internal production site and global technical transfer colleagues).
Lead cross-functional project teams. Co-ordinate, plan and execute priorities, workload and projects for the team members
Develop comprehensive project plans (incl. resource planning) based on project order and feasibility studies. Monitor and report project progress.
Develops and manages specific initiatives to deliver strategic and tactical results.
Determine budget for transfers and assume responsibility for budget adherence. Prepare and negotiate Transfer Agreements with local CMO
Continuously improve the transfer business process in close cooperation with all global functions
Evaluate effectiveness of project plans and come with final recommendations on implementation at country level. Initiate ad-hoc localization initiatives to get extra business opportunities on the market.
Implement market access strategy in terms of localization agenda.
Oversee advocacy activities directed at the government, legislative and regulatory bodies, particular-ly in the areas of localization/reimbursement/pricing in order to create optimal business environment.
Provide information on potential opportunities and threats as relates to long-term business agenda.
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
- University degree (preferably in economics / finance / business management or other related areas). Project management certification is an advantage.
- Fluent Russian and English (spoken & written).
5-7 years of experience in marketing & sales operations inclusive min of 3 years in leader-ship roles.
Solid knowledge and expertise in Pharmaceutical industry. Sufficient knowledge of business processes and commercial principles of pharmaceutical company.
Experience of 360 degrees communication strategy development and implementation.
Production background is an advantage.
