Immersive Technologies is seeking a candidate to fulfill the role of Customer Support Technician and Training Advisor with experience over a range of mining production machines. If you are looking for an exciting career opportunity, please read further.
The Role
Carrying out hardware commissioning, periodic servicing and maintenance to simulator hardware at new and existing customers. Delivering professional services using our industry leading simulation and training programs will be essential to the success of this role.
However, this role offers more:
- Support and service in an onsite and/or remote capacity
- On-site training of customer representatives
- Scheduling of services for periodic maintenance of simulator related hardware
- Customizing existing training packages to identified improvement opportunities
- Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and applying training solutions
- Being responsible for the delivery and measurement of improvement programs
- Making a difference to the profitability and safety of our customers
- The opportunity to work with the biggest range of Machine Types
- No more set rosters, Russian based role with regular travel to various sites within Europe and CIS

- Comprehensive understanding of mining operations; surface and/or underground mining experience
- Qualified Trainer Assessor or Training Professional
- Demonstrated experience in training design/assessment/delivery
- Strong technical capability for computer-based systems and mechanical hardware
- Customer centric approach to service and support
- The ability to build trust with steering committees and Mine Management
- Aptitude for analytical activity including strong excel skills is a must
- Excellent understanding of best practice in operations and safety
- Understanding of how poor practices impact on a mines profitability and safety
- English and Russian proficiency is required
