Responsibilities:
- Efficient communication with Eurasia top operator’s CMO,CTIO, or other CXO level audience, network development director?deliver thinking on strategy and business to CXOs and bring influence to them;
- Deep insight on telecom industry trend, business and network development and opertion, leading a project team to output high quality consulting report;
- Deep understanding operator’s demand, budget planning process, guiding Huawei solution implementation, enhance the competitiveness of Huawei solutions ;
- Be a speaker at high level forum or summit, like CSTB in Russia, MWC at Barcelona.
Requirements:

10 years telecom operator working experience
-
Russian top operator’s regional CMO or CTIO work experience (preferred), or top-level consulting company experience.

A wide range of contacts and influence in Russian telecom industry
- Deeply understand the budget planning process of operators in Mobile network investment
-
Deeply understand the mobile operator’s competition situation, know the tariff design and its influence on revenue
-
Familiar with data analysis and modeling in telecom operator’s network investment (especially base station investment), how to calculate ROI, NPV, IRR, etc based on DoU modeling?or other modeling.
