Position Description
The position will be responsible of driving the marketing activities for the Lenovo Russia Territory covering our commercial PC business promoting our Laptop, Tablet, Desktop, All-in-One & Smart Device product portfolio in Russia. Marketing Specialist will also be responsible forCo-Marketing Activities with major Consumer Retails partners.
You will be part of the Marketing community and report to the Marketing Manager Russia & EECA. The Marketing Specialist will interact with the Business Unit Leaders and their Sales Teams to define the local programs needed to create demand and develop the Lenovo brand addressing our channel and their customers as well as end-customers. The position will have extensive support from EMEA and WW marketing organizations as well.
This role will require high levels of autonomy, pro-activity, creativity, strategic understanding and an ability to think and act fast as well as being proactive and responsive. The person will be responsible for defining the Commercial Marketing Plan, and Consumer Co-Marketing. Tight margins in the industry lead to an absolute focus on return on investment and clear accountability for every activity.
Main responsibilities
- Build Lenovo Brand awareness in the SMB Market
- Quarterly marketing planning with Channel Partners, LFRs and distributors for Consumer & Commercial segments, MDFs& Alliance funds (Microsoft, Intel, etc.)
- Support SMB communication and PR programs, in the traditional and digital space (Work closely with PR-manager)
- Communicate, collect, consolidate and carry out co-marketing activities with retailers and distributors
- Adopt corporate and brand creatives for co-marketing needs
- Plan & execute co-marketing budget with distributors and retailers on quarterly basis
- Weekly interlock with sales and product team to update marketing activities, weekly updates on marketing activities
- Manage Alliance funding (Intel, Microsoft, etc.) allocated for co-marketing activities with distributors and Tier2
- Work with agency and Lenovo WW team
- Participate in partners’ conferences & events
- Cooperate with sales team and display manager for store-front activities/promotions/decorations
Position Requirements

- At least 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in IT
- Fluent in English
