You will be working on a project related to Allianz Employer Branding rollout and Onboarding program improvement. The Internship will last 6-12 months on full or part time schedule depending on your availability.
You will be surrounded by a team of experienced managers who will coach and guide you in your work. You will also network with Allianz colleagues from the region. You will work on a project as well as perform some day-to-day activities within our regular processes to be able to understand how the real processes work and propose improvements along the way.
Scope description:
- Analyze current data on effectiveness of the recruiting process in the company
- Renew Talent Attraction strategy: Who? What? Where?
- Revise communication materials and channels of attraction
- Ensure there is a steady pipeline of high quality talent, ensure we have the right people at the right time in the right place.
- Revise current approach to selection
- Revise onboarding program and manual to ensure fast integration of new comers and securing positive employee experience.
Compensations and benefits:
—Starting salary: form 50000 RUR gross;
—Flexible work hours
Requirements:
- 3rd – 6th year student or graduated within the last 3 years;
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
- Strong communication, leadership and analytical capabilities;
- University degree (business, HR management) might be in priority.
