Following organizational changes we are currently looking for a National Sales Manager to join our team to lead Bandsaw sales by growing business through appropriate distribution network and expanded end user base in Russia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales development and product market penetration in strategic market segments. Meet and exceed the company’s annual budget requirements.
- Execute strategic penetration and aggressive sales development with existing and new customers, both distributors and end users.
- Support and co-ordinate end user acquisition programs and support the on-going database of user application knowledge.
- Plan, organize and stimulate the education of distributors’ sales team.
- Plan and establish annual objectives with the distributors in line with Company objectives.
- Co-ordinate activities and monitor progress towards objectives and perform to achieve sales growth, brand building, customer relationship, etc.
- Keep close control on AR & statutory form collection.
- Keep Sales & Marketing costs under budget levels.
- Build a strong level of marketing intelligence on trends and competitive conditions in the country with feedback to Marketing Department.
Requirements: - BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additional degree in Management will be an advantage.
- 8-10 years hard core sales experience, preferably in Hand Tools & Power Tools industry with thorough knowledge of country wide market and dealer network.
- Fluency in English & Russian is a must.
- Good IT & Presentation skills.
- Able to work with people at various levels, well organized and skilled in planning, strong leadership skills.
- Result driven, strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication, time and project management skills.
