We are currently looking for C&B manager to join the team.
The person will:

Develop, with HR Core Team, a BIRU Compensation and Benefits Strategy to define the direction and priorities for the function over the next three to five years and an action plan for achieving those objectives;

Provide a full compensation advisory service to BIRU (generally via HR BPs) which includes advising on all compensation issues including the link between performance and pay, recognition programmes, as well as managing the annual salary review process across the business;

Deliver a market data information service to BIRU, to develop salary ranges and regular modelling of BI position against the market. Managing external market data availability for the managers in order to advise on decision making;

Run annual Long Term Personnel & Compensation Planning process, incl. compensation templates and assumptions update;

Provide consultancy to the business on the personnel budget (generally via HR BPs);

Lead benefits policy projects to review current arrangements and to research, design and introduce new leading edge benefits arrangements for BIRU where necessary;

Manage executive compensation for BIRU MTs, including basic salary, short and long term incentive plans and benefits to ensure external competitiveness of the core company leaders’ compensation.
Requirements:
- Experience in C&B area at managerial level - from 3 years;

Strong communication, problem solving and business-partnering skills;
-
Ability to build effective relations within the company, to interface with all levels of the organization;

Strategic view – ability to design strategy;
-
Ability to analyze wide data ranges, take out the core and compile executive summary;

Lateral management skills;
-
Labour Law knowledge;
-
Excel - advanced user;
-
English level – upper-intermediate.
