Responsibilities :
- To be accountable for the strategy to grow Creata’s business in Russia.
- To search for the new clients for Creata Russia within FMCG and Retail sectors.
- To develop the relationships with the clients and to be the key contact on their assigned accounts in Russia.
- To be responsible for the accounts relationship map and plan for opportunities across the respective clients in the market.
- To work on the concepts according to the clients‘ needs and within the current positioning of the agency, in Product and in Promotion.
- To present the concepts and offers to the potential and existing clients.
- To manage the projects’ development and implementation within all stakeholders of the company to ensure the flawless performance of the projects.
- To be responsible for the projects‘ P&L’s.
- Management, planning and primary authorship of agency POVs and strategic positioning relative to the overall client business.
- To establish positive cross-functional relationships within the organization.
- To create the wrap up reports and share the best practices within Creata’s offices worldwide.

Entrepreneurial:
a) Ability to work proactively.
b) Clear P&L management experience.
Rounded 360 marketing exp:
a) Understanding and familiarity with integrated marketing program planning, fundamentals and execution.
b) Strong ability to interpret Qualitative and Quantitative data.
Project:
a) Ability to translate the client’s needs into the efficient brief.
b) Ability to develop the concepts according to the brief.
c) Strong project management skills.
d) Ability to deliver the results under the time pressure.
Requirements :
Higher education.
Fluent English on business level.
Conditions :
6 months contract with the possibility of prolongation depending on the person’s performance.
