Responsibilities:
- Participate and conduct commercial negotiations with customers, resellers\distributors in the Company’s interests;
- Deal with tenders, contracts reviews, submit contracts for approval in accordance with the procedure set by the Company and take part in resolving disagreements;
- Suggest to customers ways of resolving issues not resolved in negotiations or issues arising after legally significant acts have been taken;
- Proactively develop procedures of interacting with the most attractive and promising customers (offering special contractual terms, systems of discounts or individual services, shorter terms or special conditions of performing contractual obligations in accordance with price list and corporate rules);
- Keep-up positive image of Ingenico, Invite the Company’s customers to take part in exhibitions, fairs or presentations of new products (goods, works, services, software) organized by the Company;
- Monitor feedback from customers (examine the demand of products goods, works, services, software), find out causes of customers’ dissatisfaction with cooperation, review customers’ claims and take all measures to settle them and keep up business contacts;
- Measure sales opportunities to implement plans of sales of products, services and solutions;
- Keep contacts with customers \ resellers \ distributors under contracts: (to plan sales of Ingenico portfolios, to keep monitoring of customers’ business needs and their feedback\satisfaction regarding cooperation with Ingenico, to take measures for due receipt of proceeds from the sale of products (goods, works, services, software).
Key requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Proved sales experience at least 2 years;
- Methods and procedure for developing forecasts, prospective and current plans for the products sale (goods, works, services);
- Strong soft skills (negotiations, team oriented, decision making);
- Knowledge of B&A market;
- Higher education;
- English (understand the main content of English speech, be able to conduct business correspondence);
- Ability to travel 50-70%.
