The Role :
- Leader of Revenue Management Roadmap implementation: Process, Tools, Mindset aiming to generate the highest pocket price/net Sales with same resource.
- Creating and managing a team of 2/3 people
- Responsible to plan, align and deploy Price Strategy (RSP), gathering key stakeholders for decision making (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Management Committee)
- Leader of the key pricing Committees along the Fiscal year (Price Committee, RSP Budget Meeting.) monitoring and disclosure KPIs of price compliance as recommendation of positioning vs competition.
- Manage and communicate List price to commercial team / costumers, assuring correct margin and taxes deployed in the field.
- Responsible for Price Intelligence approaching: RSP-Price List management, Commercial Policy, Sales Business support, Price execution monitoring & competitors
- Develop, implement and monitor performance against key KPIs (in coordination with global best practices) with focus on mix management and sales promotion optimization (Mix: analyze price/mix performance, identify opportunities, support prioritization of sku mix based on profitability-potential analytics, SKU mix allocation and track execution)
- Monitor and analyze promo performance (uplift, ROI) against brand/sku specific KPIs and provide recommendations to Commercial and Marketing teams (incorporating internal and external data, financial and nonfinancial, as well as trade promotion management tool).
- Assuring compliance on Commercial Investments, following trade terms and helping optimize resources applied on the field
- Keeper of Return On Investment (ROI) – Promo Effectiveness process and evaluation, assuring the measurement and optimization over customer investment and trade marketing promotional activities.
- Support FP&A/Finance Controllership within Top Line variance drivers, for Actual, Budget
- Act as Sales business partnering, bringing visibility of Financials, supporting decision taking within Customer Profitability (P&L)
The Candidate :
- Higher education in Business Administration, Economy, Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Pricing
- 2+ years as business partner of Commercial team supporting key processes (trade Investments Control, customer P&L..)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrate logic and a creative approach to problem solving while providing actionable insights
- Self- motivated with demonstrated initiative to achieve goals and objectives
- Excellent business acumen and established analytical skills with attention to detail - ability to analyze, evaluate and summarize financial information for accuracy and conformance to Group requirements
- Self-starter who works well with limited supervision
- Able to adapt with change and work under pressure in a detailed, accurate and deadline-based environment
