Job Purpose:

The Main Job Responsibilities:
- Involves management responsibilities for Sales performance of Field Sales team in a specific location (Moscow/ Saint-Petersburg/ Russian Regions) within the Company business. Rolls out the global sales strategy within Field customers segment.
- Indicates direction, develops, inspires and manages the team performance as well as provides support to ensure that the team members are efficiently prepared to deliver individual and team objectives
- Arranges completion of accurate and timely reporting across area of responsibility. Provides reports, presentations, and relevant information to senior management as required
- Builds effective networks relationships within own team and with key stakeholders across business in order to achieve optimal business outcomes
- Recruits, develops, motivates and manages the team performance. Provides guidelines, support and coaching to ensure that team members have the competencies, capabilities and tools to consistently deliver individual and team objectives
Job Requirements and Competencies:
- Experience in managing more than 3 years
- Higher education
- Excellent understanding of the Russian market, trends, products and conditions of service
- Strategic thinking
- Goal orientation and responsibilities for results
- Very good level of English language
- Excellent presentation skills, negotiation skills, influencing and persuasion skills, written and verbal
- Communication and networking skills
