We are looking for a Sales Representative to join Moscow Sales team. You will manage existing customer relationships and performance, focus on growth in targeted areas as well as secure new customers.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop current customer portfolio and grow it further by searching for and acquiring new customers and opportunities
• Delivering individual budget on volume and revenue/yield
• Build a good understanding of Customers business (type of business, commodities, shippers/consignees, service requirements, exceptions etc.) in order to map out Customer’s needs and proactively suggest solutions in order to help Customers
• Execute quality sales calls and follow sales standards
• Update information on all sales visits, opportunities, market mapping and other customer-related activities in sales management system
• In coordination with Sales support team provide quotations and business proposals to Customers
• Coordinating with internal counterparts to ensure smooth service delivery for Customers
Required background and experience:
• Fluent English
• Very energetic and result oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Commercial acumen and strong work ethic
• Fast learner
• Excellent knowledge about multimodal logistics(ocean, trucking, rail), supply chain management and 4PL solutions, as well as experience in customs house brokerage.
