Обязанности работника на вакансии: Indoor Sales Specialist
- Responsible to support the sales organization, in such a manner that creates a competitive advantage, maximizes customer satisfaction and contributes to the return on investment objective for the company, in compliance with corporate policies and in accordance with customer expectations.
- Responsible of export controlling tasks within the company in accordance to group regulations / standards.
- Order tracking, delivery preparation, purchasing activities in order to support on-time delivery success of customer orders.
- Prepares proposals, reviews purchase orders and works closely with the headquarter planning/customer service for the timely execution of quotations and orders. Assists in the promotion, selling and servicing of our products.
- To enter (set up; part list) and maintain master data for CRM by following company guidlelines / established standards. Updates records and activities in CRM and other reporting tools.
- Assist in developing and maintaining sales tools including surveys, reference lists, status updates, presentations, standard proposals, corporate reporting activities.
- Maintain a current list of customer names, contacts, actions and requirements within the corporate CRM system, (Office / SAP / C4C…)
- Support customer mapping in the region, in coordination with sales managers to identify current installations of EB products.
- Responsible to internal and external customers for timely completion of quotations, reports, accountability metrics and the completion of other goals and directives as agreed in an efficient and positive manner.
- Responsible for supporting the sales strategic growth initiatives/targets thru the End User, OEM & Distribution Channels.
- Must be able to react to change in a productive way and undertake other tasks as assigned.
