Responsibilities:
- Calculation of LCC (life cycle cost) based on operation conditions and drafting of VCA contract based on LCC calculation
- Long-term planning of maintenance events according actual status of equipment and conditions of signed VCA contract
- Invoicing of customers according criteria’s stated in relevant VCA contract
- Collection from commercial service status of completed maintenance, correction of long term plans if required
- Handover of maintenance actions to MRU commercial service
- Communication with operator of equipment to source operation conditions and operation profile of equipment
- Search of MTU equipment supplied by foreign suppliers, contacting with owners of equipment and promotion of VCA agreement against Service by request approach
- Presentation of advantages of VCA agreement in front of the potential client during Sales campaign of original equipment
- Support of relevant Sales Manager during Sales campaign of original equipment
- Ongoing market monitoring and preparation/reporting of sales forecasts. Detailed documentation/filling of contracts, specifications, special offers and negotiations results, discounts approvals (beyond annual discounts matrix)
- Increase market awareness of genuine parts and continuously strengthening competition against grey/black suppliers.
- Responsible for the fulfilment of national and RRPS corporate standards, fully including compliance and export control regulations
- Remain the spare parts expert across organisation. Support members of other functions in all technical & commercial & logistic aspects regarding spare parts sales
- Responsible for investigation, contract and smooth sales process with new Customers according part sales business within defind application / responsibilities
Requirements:
- 6 years experience in spare parts operations at a major dealership
- Experience in spare parts management of motorcycle and recreational products is preferred (should have experience in auto parts at least)
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Exposure in dealing with multiple overseas suppliers
- Knowledge of international import / export regulation
