At the moment we are searching for high-experienced professional to the position of Sales Manager (with relocation).
Key responsibilities include:
Sales, Offers and Business Development:
- Reviewing (Supporting the distributor) the tender specifications and advice distributors for the exact product lines and options to be offered;
- Providing interior design visuals by using E-tools;
- Visiting distributors for close follow-up of the projects, trainings, meetings etc.;
- Continuous Market research for potential customer in responsible Territory;
Orders:
- Preparing and providing Proforma Invoices that enables payment for the orders;
- Collecting Pull Signal and Drawing Approvals from distributors for each order and record them in data base and shape sales;
- Following up payments in coordination with Export Back Office;
Technical Follow up and Coordination:
- Follow up Distributors' pending troubleshoots and provide solution with the coordination of EXP Technicals Resp;
- Coordination between Distributors, FQE and EXP Technical Responsible in Claim, Retrofit process, and NPE solutions;
- Providing TK documents, manufacturing drawings and wiring diagrams to support commissioning & troubleshooting.
What you need:
- Higher Technical Education;
- Solid experience in successful sales of technical products (experience in the elevator sector will be an advantage);
- Readiness to be internationally mobile;
- Fluency in spoken and written in Russian language, English is a must.
- Strong PC skills, practice in MicroSoft, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
Special Requirements for talented candidate:
- Readiness to work and live abroad;
- Readiness to return back to Russia.
