Exness, a leading foreign exchange broker in the financial services field, is looking to hire an experienced Procurement Manager.
The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing Exness's network of suppliers and providing value to both external and internal clients through market expertise and the delivery of relevant information.
As the Procurement Manager you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient contracts and supplies for our organization. You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming suppliers, and be responsible for approving purchases.
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the company’s supply of products and services. The responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Manager’s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses while maintaining SLA’s, so that the company can invest in growth and people.
Responsibilities:
Proactively Manage and advance relationships with all suppliers and senior managers. Oversee, monitor and develop protocols that will outline how our company purchases services and goods. You will mastermind company policies relating to procurement to ensure that purchasing is managed consistently throughout the organization, making it easier to stay on budget and receive budget approval.
Cost control and minimisation is the main priority in the first instance, but whilst maintaining SLA’s, Quality and supplier cooperation & communication.
Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services. Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
Examine and test existing contracts. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients. Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost. Policies should be developed and deployed for collecting and reporting Key Metrics that will show the reduced overall expenditure, whilst increasing productivity.
Job requirements:
Experience:
5-10 years of relevant procurement experience.
Experience of Online industry, procedures, costs and terms.
Experience of compiling and following strict budgets.
Experience in the financial services industry with strong operational understanding.
Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Knowledge of the external competitive environment for the industry.
Professional knowledge and skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent public relation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to think strategically
Ability to interact with various levels of management (including senior management)
Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks and projects on a short-term and long-term basis.
