In this role you will be responsible for the following processes:
- DELIVERY OF THE BUSINESS RESULTS:
- Achieve the business growth targets (in-line with EVI & Zone strategy & objectives): deliver the turnover (CANN) & profitability (MTM), manage the P&L to generate sustainable top and bottom line growth;
- Make sure our brands are “sell in and sell out” - being accountable for the depletions;
- Optimize investments both in TPR and in A&P;
- Master the GPS process.
- LEADING THE ORGANIZATION:
- Lead and develop the functional and leadership competencies of the team in order to maximize the potential;
- Define and implement a solid management model (structure, processes, ways of working, capabilities, etc.) in order to be able to play and compete with a high level of excellence in an adverse market;
- Inspire, guide and engage the team through positive influence.
- Define the most relevant, efficient and profitable distribution model to optimize horizontal and profitable growth;
- Generates a sustainable competitive advantage through the RTM model;
- Definition, development and implementation of the optimal strategy for each channel;
- Defines the kpi and monitoring system in order to master market diagnosis, adapting / stretching the plans when needed.
- Ensure distributor alignment and commitment to execute sales plan and deliver targeted KPIs (CANN); ensure milestones to measure success of target achievement; manage progress through risk and opportunity;
- Agree with distributor level of investments into EVI brand development; ensure transparency of financial KPIs with the distributor;
- Lead x-functional cooperation (demand, supply-chain, finance, marketing and sales); be the key contact to the distributor;
- Provide training of distributor team on EVI products; execution and sales development guidelines;
- Proactively look for efficiency with distributor value chain, suggest changes if needed;
- Monitor compliance of the distributor with EVI rules and requirements, alert EVI in advance if any distributor actions might endanger EVI RTM or brands.
- Build and execute contact strategy with TOP 10 Key Accounts on Russian Market;
- Proactive lead the relationship with the Top Accounts of each channel in collaboration with the distributor teams;
- Co-build with distributor team yearly negotiation tactics, revise joint business plan to ensure delivery of targets and compliance with EVI channel and brand strategy;
- Participate in yearly negotiation of distributor teams and key business reviews with Key Accounts;
- Introduce on specific category management needs and co-lead with Trade marketing promo and activity calendar.
- INSTORE EXECUTION AND CONTROL:
- Responsible for in-store execution on the focus geographies (HOTSPOTS) or key stores (GOLDEN STORES);
- Ensure measurement and control of total sales plan (KPI’s);
- Recruitment, management and development of EVI execution team;
- Communicate relevant market insights based on feedbacks from execution team;
- Develop and execute plan to increase coverage of key regions in Russia.
- Accountable for central sales development budget;
- Required to be an active EVI team player; ensuring x-national cooperation and communication, best practice sharing and team player for achieving EVI targets and business development.

- Strong leadership skills;
- Good listener, enthusiasm, positive and constructive spirit;

- Good relationship & networking skills;
- High autonomy;
- Fluent Russian and English is a must.
