Role summary:
- Perform the role of the Customer Service Team Leader. Actively participate in all relevant processes. Control of Client Service Team providing high quality of Client Service to Corporate clients adhering to related procedures and instructions, optimization of business processes, performance analysis and training of newcomers
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective functioning of the Customer Service Team with the proper organization and distribution of responsibilities as well as maintaining effective communication with customers. Daily customer support in calls processing, including variety of customer requests of information, account inquiries (account information e.g. account balance, currency control issues), account transactions (e.g. address change, move money, sales), reporting a problem.
- Carry out administrative tasks and systems updating activities in line with procedures which operate in the respective area
- Permanent analysis of existing processes with the view of their optimization and automation
- Control of high quality of Client Service
- Performance analysis and organize training of newcomers
- Daily customer support in calls processing, including variety of customer requests of information, account inquiries (account information e.g. account balance, currency control issues), account transactions (e.g. address change, move money, sales), reporting a problem.
- Outbound customer calls with service offer or support for the bank or local legislation, including anti-fraud campaigns e.g. verifying transactions, customer service call backs (where applicable).
- Emails and Internet Bank messages operations, including account inquiries, account transactions, technical support, Internet banking related issues.
- Dealing with customers’ complaints as a front and the first line of issue capturing and solving.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Experience in Customer Service area is preferable;
- Ability to find ways to optimize processes
- Managerial skills
- Strong knowledge of the main products, services and potential customers’ problems that can be identified.
- Excellent communication skills in various channels (English and Russian in writing and speaking);
- Knowledge of Central Bank of Russia Instructions and Regulations: 153-I, 499-P; Federal law: 173-FZ of Currency Control and AML 115-FZ;
- Quick in problem solving analysis and advanced customer service skills; good understanding of service management;
- MS Office - user of standard office applications and good and accurate, an eye for detail;
- Pro-active, confident & delivery focused;
- Team player and adaptable to change.
