Our client, EnerDry A/S from Denmark, is an equipment producer and consultant to industries requiring large scale drying such as the drying of sugar beet pulp or the wood chips. Due to increasing demand in Russia for their products EnerDry is currently recruiting for a Sales Engineers based in Moscow to service and expand the customer base.
After thorough training, the Sales Manager will be engaged in the following activities:
- Develop the market segments and execute the sales strategy for the Russian market.
- Initiate, analyze and recommend commercial actions to Management.
- Participate in tenders including process calculations and technical layout preparations.
- Assist in the execution of projects and the sourcing of local components and services.
- Provide technical support to the Customers including start-up assistance and training.
- Participate in service inspections.
- Provide project management including financial and planning management.
- Insure high levels of Customer Service and Technical Support for the Russian customers.
Requirements:
- A university degree in engineering, Construction, mechanical engineering or thermodynamics is required.
- A supplemental education in Sales is highly advantageous.
- Russian as mother tongue and high levels of proficiency in English.
- A minimum of two years’ experience from a similar position.
- Experience in technical sales and solution selling.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills. Able to establish contacts at all levels.
- Results orientated, motivated by achieving sales targets and able to work independently.
- An ability to participate in business trips both domestic and abroad.
- An established network of contacts within the sphere sugar production and/or power plants is highly desirable.
