Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of Launches, Relaunches/ production transfer projects within category at own factory/Contract Manufacturer’s site with minimum write-offs.
- Create project timing and ensure its implementation in collaboration with other departments (Supply Planning, R&D, Marketing, Purchasing, Production)
- Ensure availability and uninterrupted supply of materials for manufacturing at 3rd parties with effective procurement (total supply chain cost, quality and service level).
- Ensure efficient planning of production at 3rd parties and use of equipment provided to contract manufacturers
- Develop, implement and maintain local sources of supply for finished goods and materials. Screen the market, coordinate partnership negotiations, negotiates prices/discounts (together with Local Purchasing) with the target to achieve requested quality at minimal cost for the company.
Requirements:
- Commercial/supply chain background
- Fluent English
- Good with numbers
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Experience in Supply chain operations
- Advanced computer skills (MS office, SAP)
