Company is looking for skilled Product Manager (Immuno-Oncology).
Responsibilities:
- To oversee development and execution of tactical plan that is aligned with the overall business strategy including brand positioning, messaging, and market segmentation and marketing mix and core materials to the physician and healthcare professional audience.
- To align with Global Marketing on maintaining Global branding, messaging, and develops all physician related tactical executions to support the brand objectives.
- To execute and communicate a vision for the brand that is linked to achievement of Company goals.
- To participate and facilitate the annual business plan process.
- To generate ideas and programs that are new, exciting and effective by being innovative and a proactive thinker.
- Clearly communicate marketing strategies to all levels within the organization.
- To identify and evaluate needs of healthcare professionals, analyze market trends, understand market influences.
- To analyze impact of current business activities, through all possible sources of data and recommends business opportunities at strategic and tactical levels for current 10 years horizon.
- To manage and direct 3rd party agencies to transfer marketing objectives into creative strategies and execution.
- To contribute and take leadership role in the creation of a team based, collaborative environment, promoting candor and receptivity, clarity of purpose and goals, and high commitment to achieve business goal. Identify and evaluate new opportunities that can meet business goals.
- To connect and collaborate cross functionally to achieve commercial targets and expectations and ensure key product priorities.
- Ensure business objectives are met in full compliance with laws, regulations, Company compliance principles and standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Requirements:
- Marketing management experience not less than 3 years; in Oncology for multinational pharmaceutical companies not less than 2 years
- Proven track record in successful marketing campaigns, experience in full pre-launch and launch activities of Oncology product
- Experience in building relationships/networks with internal and external customers at different levels
- English written/oral (at least upper-intermediate level), Russian fluent/ native
- Brand/Health/Therapeutic Area Knowledge: Demonstrates strong understanding of the brand and/or therapeutic area from discovery to life cycle management; applies market driven science to create superior customer value; researches the trends in promotion, strategies, product messages and initiatives of the competition in light of scientific and clinical databases, and develops a thorough understanding of how our products differ from competitor products and the competitive landscape; develops specific plans to gain an appropriate advantage over the competition.
- Financial Management: Uses financial analysis to identify ways to improve brand profitability; develops and manages budgets effectively and manages the financials of the brand to ensure sales and BUC objectives are achieved; forecasts sales effectively; makes effective tradeoffs within and across budgets; anticipates issues and builds contingency plans.
- Marketing Innovation: Develops and applies unique and leading-edge ideas to capitalize on opportunities; brings divergent thinking to all choices and opportunities; willingly embraces change; encourages others to try new approaches; recognizes and implements innovative ideas; shares best practices and pilots creative ideas.
- Global Perspective: Understands different business climates, customers, markets, trends and cultures; understands interaction of different markets and how markets influence one another; applies knowledge to think broadly and build global plans.
- Legal, Ethical and Regulatory Compliance (including internal company policies): Understands and complies with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines and BMS policies; seeks out and completes regular compliance training and development; routinely incorporates compliance into planning and execution of duties; seeks legal, regulatory and/or compliance counsel when confronted with potential compliance issues; proactively identifies and voices potential compliance issues, including escalating concerns to management when warranted; advocates to others the need to adhere to applicable legal/regulatory standards.
