Responsibilities:
CIS:
- Developing a detailed annual sales plan in cooperation with CIS & Strategy teams
- Developing and further implementation of an assortment strategy for the CIS web sites in cooperation with CIS teams
- Setting up and approving with commercial director targets for commercial terms with partners for upcoming periods
- Brands acquisition strategy for the existing and new categories/segment for CIS market
- Negotiations with key partners regarding launch CIS markets (especially Ukraine)
- Tracking the sales results vs plan in CIS with high focus on finding and fixing problematic areas and opportunities for further growth
- Controlling and improving the certification process with Ukraine
- Being the main contact for CIS management from commercial block;
Strategic development:
- Developing assortment strategy for Lamoda.ru in cooperation with commercial management:
- Overall assortment strategy
- Assortment strategy on segment/category level
- Strategy for new segments/categories
- Leading the development emerging categories/segments in cooperation with categories’ and strategy teams
- Initiating and leading the cross-department projects (incl. creation of BRD, RACI, etc for respective projects) related to the commercial block in cooperation with strategic department and other involved parties
- Tracking launch of emerging categories/segments on constant basis
- Regular assortment overview to identify gaps in assortment and opportunities for the company’s growth.
