This position will be part of the Russian Sales / Field Group, which is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to sustain Keysight's leadership in the market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Account Management
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, ensure sales revenue and meeting regional sales goals in the field of radio test, metrology, aerospace and the entire portfolio of other Keysight solutions in the assigned area of Russia and partly CIS sub-region.
- Responsible for generating exciting key customers and developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company’s customer base maintaining their satisfaction and positive ongoing long-term relationships.
- Promote Keysight solutions and current or new customers/partners in the field of radio test, metrology and partly aerospace solutions in the Central region of Russia.
- Promote the entire portfolio of solutions to current or new customers/partners in the Southern district and North Caucasus.
- Represent the company to the customers in sales-oriented activities in CIS region (Azerbaijan)
- Inform customers of new product introductions
- Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans.
- Identify potential business opportunities, able to handle leads independently
- Maintain a sales opportunity pipeline of 3 times the amount of sales quota / target in CRM tool (SalesForce.com).
- Sales forecasting and sales opportunity development reporting to sales management, including – accurate 6 months committed sales forecast in CRM tool (SalesForce.com).
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product Management, Software Delivery Teams and Laboratory and factory colleagues to develop sales presentations and ensure flawless delivery of Keysight solution offerings and professional services as well as evaluate new business opportunities and long-term growth potential through market visits, competitor assessment, business cases.
Being persuasive to create customer preference for Keysight products as well as developing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects to this position.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Customer engagement experience is desired
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Sales Management.

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills, ability to take initiative

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in the field of Test and Measurement Solutions
- Knowledge of Electronic Test and Measure instruments like digital oscilloscope, RF and MW products (network vector analyzer, Signal generator, Spectrum analyzer, etc.) is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales and Solution / Complex sales
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in engineering field is a must
- Fluent English (C2 level).
