Join us as a Corporate Sales Manager for Holiday Inn Moscow Tagansky hotel managed by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can be responsible for the following areas:
- Main focus on Pro-active search of new clients with the established KPIs accomplishment (cold calls, visits to new companies) to provide stable portfolio growth.
- Negotiate, make presentations, rate proposals, sign contracts
- Make surveys & and market analysis
- To follow up repeating business requests
- To maintain personal and corporate segment database
- To cooperate with all hotel departments involved in to Sales and Accommodation process
Successful candidate is required to possess the following qualifications:
- Hotel Sales experience
- Knowledge of Corporate market segment
- Own customer base is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- Fluent English
- OPERA computer system knowledge
