Responsibilities:
- High-quality lead generation. Sourcing for potential both B2C (traders) and B2B clients (investment funds, merchants, etc.);
- Handling meetings with prospective clients, by phone and face to face meetings;
- Successful closing of the deals;
- Managing the customer relationship for new customers to ensure first trades;
- Initiation of the awareness campaigns about our Company in your region;
- Attending industry events.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience in sales, ideally with relation to FinTech, Investment, Cryptocurrency, Banking;
- Strong Financial Services expertise;
- Contacts network would be an advantage;
- Ability to work and manage own tasks independently;
- Brilliant communication skills;
- Excellent networking skills;
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English.
Conditions:
- The compensation will consist of the fixed and variable (commissions for sales) parts;
- Fixed part - based on interview results;
- The variable part will be calculated in the following way: you will be granted 25% of the gross profits from trading commissions, earned from the your attracted customers;
- Example: You sign a corporate customer, who makes USD 50 million “taker” type trading volume per month. The gross profit will be 50 million multiplied by the standard trading fee of 0,2% minus cashback costs, which reduce trading fee by 35% (according to cashback rules: https://exmo.me/en/cashback). Thus, the gross profit is 50 mln*0,2%*(100%-35%)=65,000. Your monthly commission for this client will be 65,000*25% = 16,250 USD.
