AMarkets is a global brokerage company, providing brokerage services in the international financial markets since 2007.
To implement ambitious development plans, we are currently looking for experienced financial management professional to join our team.

Key responsibilities:
-
Manage cash flow to meet the company needs and optimize free cash utilization;
-
Improve the financial reporting system and budgeting process;
-
Ensure financial reporting quality, monitor and review the quality of financial statements, interact with employees and the company’s Executive management team;
-
Create effective budgeting process: budget planning, execution and monitoring of financial plans;
-
Ensure timely settlements with company counterparties (suppliers and vendors, tax authorities, personnel) in order to fulfill the obligations of the Company;
-
Ensure economic and financial security of the enterprise;
-
Apply best practices and the basic control cycles;
-
Report on internal control measures;
-
Ensure effective work within a distributed financial department team;
-
Automate accounting process and the financial department operation;
-
Audit existing business processes, develop proposals for their optimization;
-
Participate in various projects of the Company.
Requirements:
-
Degree in finance, economics or business administration. Additional training and courses in the field of finance would be an asset;
-
Good spoken English skills (business and financial terms);
-
At least 3 years of experience as CFO/Deputy CFO in one company;
-
Experience in international jurisdictions/implementing international projects is a must;
-
Experience in finance/ brokerage / fintech / IT / e-commerce will be an advantage;
-
Knowledge of IFRS, RAS (preferably), tax accounting system;
-
Experience in automation of routine accounting;
-
Ability to shape the Company’s tax policy and find ways to optimize taxation;
-
Knowledge of the banking services market, lending conditions and options;
-
Ability to work with large amounts of data; analyze the information and present the results in writing;
-
Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for the outcome;
-
Highly organized, result-oriented, analytic mindset, efficiency and accuracy in performing multiple tasks.
