Aori is looking for a UX\UI Designer!
About us:
Aori - modern solutions for marketers to create high-performing campaigns that get better results.
At Aori, we are building a set of tools to help digital marketers conquer Google, Bing and Facebook Ads.
Founded in 2017, our goal is to significantly reduce the amount of overhead and manual processes of traditional digital marketing management.
Our international team is made up of passionate marketing technology experts, developers and designers who are working to create the perfect martech tools.
Responsibilities:

Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user workflows, concepts and UI designs.

Maintain a user-centered design approach as you tackle complex design problems within constrained timelines while not losing the attention to detail.

Participate in and utilise UX research, user testing, A/B testing and experiments to make decisions.

Partner with our Product Manager to work on our new features from an early concept stage through to a prototype and finally to a pixel-perfect implementation.

create user journeys for existing and upcoming new features with the goal of improving engagement and overall experience.

Drive product and design vision by actively contributing your ideas.

Support marketing with design concepts that clearly illustrate how product functions and look like.

Take the lead on building and evolving the design system and introducing thoughtful and consistent design patterns as required.

Apply and develop the internal UI and visual design style guide.

Perform regular site audits, with the goal to ensure that what has been implemented adheres to the design prototypes and that overall creates a pleasant and functional experience.
Skills:
-
2+ years of product/UX design experience for web. Proven UI experience (include link to portfolio).

Superior knowledge of visual design and prototyping software of your choice (we are mostly using Figma).
-
Up-to-date on the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.
-
You are self-motivated, organized and understand the strategic thinking behind a digital product.
-
You offer a great mix of visual design skills with a deep understanding of usability and human-centered design principles.
-
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.

Ability to work in English.
