WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help welcoming our guest. You will be helping in various activities across office in cooperation with our Workplace Experience Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ??
Coordinating reception and welcoming guests
General office management activities (in cooperation with office manager)
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
Fluent English as a must
Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Self-learner, independent problem-solver – proactive attitude!
Empathy and love for helping people
Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player
