Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Head of Sales New and Emerging Business to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives.
The focus is new sales opportunities creation and leading, their development and wining deals. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. This job role could be focused on selling a specific part of the portfolio, a specific part of the customer’s business/technology area and/or geography.
Responsibilities:
- Profit & Loss responsibility in respective area of business.
- You are expected to actively create new sales opportunities, develop them and sign a contract that will generate profitable sales.
- You are expected be to maximize customer relationships and loyalty in order to secure the long-term profitable business.
- The role also includes management and optimization of the account team’s performance.
- E2e managing for the deals including seamless transition to operations.
- Leading the internal cross functional team within project or deal
Key Qualifications:
- Education degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT or Engineering
- Min 5 years of experience of b2b relationship sales (preferred in IT or Telecom)
- Commercial competence and consultative selling skills
- Negotiation skills as well as customer and market insight
- Proven leadership skills
- fluent Russian, strong upper-intermediate English
- readiness to lead negotiations on high level
