The Role:
- Lead the new strategic customers’ partnerships (B2B / B2B2C) across Moscow and Moscow Region to align visions, processes, resources and means
- Effectively apply industry and market knowledge to build strategic B2B / B2B2C sector development plans, define long/short-term targets and deliver versus approved targets and budgets
- Collaborate with International sector and country management levels to ensure sufficient local resource is available to implement sector/country sales, customers’ development, service and maintenance organization strategies
- Anticipate new market opportunities and adjust plans accordingly
- Deliver annual sector sales and profitability index targets
- Decide the appropriate negotiation strategy taking into account long-term company’s interests vs. short-term opportunities and customers’ targets
- Analyze customers’ performance via financial reporting to find out opportunities for durable net sales & profit generation improvement
- Use knowledge to find new growth opportunities to balance market
- Relevant reporting for different departments & company management
- Sales CRM systems filling on the daily basis
- Contracts adaptation and concluding
- Participation in projects launch
- Cross-selling
- Commercial materials building
The Candidate:
- University Degree
- Strong Sales Skills / Experience in B2B / B2B2C business strictly (corporate sector, financial institutions)
- Insurance and related markets knowledge, “warm” client’s base among banks, insurance companies, car dealers & car manufacturers
- Understanding of health insurance (critical illness products, Voluntary medical insurance, check-ups, etc.), travel insurance (banks’ cards programs, retail), Extended warranty & GAP for cars, Roadside assistance options, etc.
- Understanding of the reinsurance business & related terminology and processes
- Understanding of assistance sphere & related terminology and processes
- Ability to work on a several tasks, to organize work process
- Career within International environment will be a plus
- Effective and efficient negotiator – building real partnerships, maintaining regular communications with partners by phone & mails, able to get successful deals
- Proactive person
- Excellence in information management and scenario planning development
- Ability to handle long-term negotiations and deals
- Excellent Power point skills & good excel level
- Literacy
- Open-minded and quick to adjust to environment/organization change, high organization ability
- Stress resistance and readiness to work under the pressure
- Native Russian and English on upper-intermediate level (obligatory)
