The Role
We're thrilled to announce an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join eWave team! As a part of the Business Development team, you will be focused on the delivery of business development plans and drive lead generation process.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, target and build pipeline with prospective clients that fit the assigned market profile for eWave services;
- Lead generation using various channels (e.g. SMM, professional networks, email, calls);
- Processing incoming inquiries;
- Maintaining information in CRM;
- Researching organizations to find new contacts / identify potential clients;
- Qualifying clients;
- Analyzing, differentiating and converting clients to hot prospects;
- Connecting hot prospects with the sales team and taking part in the transition process;
- Attend industry trade shows and events, join community associations to form strong network connections.
Requirements
- You have proven working experience as Business Development Representative, Client Acquisition Manager or relevant position;
- You have a good understanding of digital industry;
- You possess knowledge of Enterprise E-commerce solutions like Magento Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or any other related platforms;
- You are an excellent communicator able to establish strong connections;
- You are profound in English: both written and oral;
- You are aware of engagement models like Time & Material, Fixed price, Dedicated team;
- You are experienced in expansion into new markets.
