ABOUT THIS JOB
Client managers work as part of a sales team, acting as the main point of contact for an organization’s clients. Typically, they deal with an organization’s largest and most important clients, known as key accounts. Client managers have both internal and external responsibilities. They plan and manage key accounts to maximize revenue and profit opportunities, while aiming to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Planning and Revenue;
- To grow revenue and profit for key accounts as per set targets;
- To monitor competitive activity to identify potential threats to key accounts;.
- To jointly plan the development areas and actions with the client;
- To identify opportunities to promote existing products and services or highlight requirements for developing new products.
Relationship Management
- To develop a lasting relationship between the client and Nielsen organizations at all levels;
- To build connections with members of the client team who make or influence purchasing decisions.
Team Management
- To develop a highly performing team (3-4 subordinates) and grow talent.
Coordination
- To coordinate the work of all departments that deal directly or indirectly with client to ensure that key accounts receive the appropriate level of service.
QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree (primary specialties – economics, sociology, statistics/marketing);

Fluent English;

Managerial experience;

Good communication, analytical and presentation skills;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Google applications as a plus);

Results oriented;

Flexibility and ability to work under stress;
