Role Summary/Purpose :
Account manager, Moscow and Central Russia is responsible for selling GE Healthcare products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing named accounts including large, complex, strategic, or tactically important accounts.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Delivering area Healthcare Systems Operational Plan by managing key process actions to make order executable to convert to a sale;
- Delivering area Healthcare Systems order estimates and target setting specific per the customer territory reporting cycle;
- Actively negotiating with medical institutions, doctors, government representatives;
- Managing the end to end customer relationship and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs; Developing long-term customer relationships;
- Developing account penetration strategies for key accounts;
- Building relationships with CXO level executives to define and implement GTM and strategic plan;
- Supporting the Operations teams to address customer concerns and complaints and coordinating their resolution during project execution;
- Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge of GE and competitive products;
- Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio;
- Confident usage and utilization (reflecting sales/commercial activity) of CRM tools;
- Generating proposals in coordination with modalities;
- Negotiating and closing deals;
- Ensuring order fulfillment follow up;
- Developing and implementing a sales plan for assigned channel, partner; Actively managing the relationship with the assigned distributor; Providing channel partner with the support and information needed to facilitate their effectiveness; Facilitating product trainings for partners;
- Accurately forecasting sales and growth opportunities within designated channel(s) territory;
- Supporting and working with Internal team to establish and maintain continuous feedback process.
Required Qualifications:
- Education to Bachelor Degree level or the equivalent of five years of sales experience;
- 4-6 years experience in healthcare industry;
- 3 years of strategic sales experience;
- Proven key account management and project planning skills;
- Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels;
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
- Proven track record on relationship building skills;
- High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
