Chipita was established in Greece in 1973 as a company producing savoury snacks. Now we are a fast-growing FMCG company with a strong international footprint. Our main products are prepacked croissants and similar dough products, bread and potato snacks, and confectionary, which are produced in 16 factories and delivered to consumers in a total of 56 countries.
POSITION PROFILE:
Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key clients, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximising sales opportunities with them. The position requires being the lead point of contact for all key client matters, working within the company and its partners to ensure deadlines are met, and helping clients to succeed.
We are looking for an experienced KAM / JKAM preferably from the food industry, who has ongoing relationship with main organized trade clients in Russia, desire to gain a rapidly developing business experience and work at an international company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between top-15 key clients and the company
- Holding annual negotiations with clients
- Following up clients’ contracts, anticipating changes and improvements
- Dealing with standard conditions and trade budgets
- Resolving key client issues daily, having on top of mind customer service perfection
- Management of assortment, new products launch
- Management of payments and debts of the assigned clients
- Promotion planning and evaluation based on profitability of each action
- Forecasting sales volume on weekly/monthly/yearly basis per client
- Preparing numerical reports and presentations of progress to the management (both local and international)
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record as a JKAM / KAM with federal or biggest local OT clients in Russia
- Responsible for annual negotiations and can demonstrate delivered results of each campaign
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics related studies
- English: Intermediate (B1) – decent speaking and writing skills
- Good-standing with Microsoft Office with emphasis on superior Excel and Power Point skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability follow-through on client contracts
