MISSION OF THE JOB
The COO will represent the company in all aspects of the business internally and externally.
The COO shall exercise overall control and supervision of all business activities of the company in Russia and shall be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Moscow office, including partner contracting and relationship management, budgeting, HR, operations and legal.
The COO will be responsible for increase of sales revenue of the Moscow Office, including personal direct sales.
The COO will also be proactive in contributing to the brand image development and will ensure that financial and business planning is aligned to strategic objectives.
Operations
- Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the team of four.
- Organizational reporting and monitoring: provide guidance and leadership.
- Office management: oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, document flow, human resource function.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget process.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Brand Image Development
- Ensure that the organizational culture and reputation in the market is maintained and developed.
- Identify, develop and lead the implementation of business strategies.
- Contract management and relationship management with partners and clients to develop strong relationships.
- Work with the Deputy Chairman to develop marketing plan and calendar as well as constantly challenge and review the marketing approach and channels.
- Monitor event and campaign outcomes and share the results with the team.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs, events.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Sales
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Execute bids on behalf of the clients at auctions worldwide.
- Maintain professional and general knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
REQUIRED COMPETENCE
- Supervising experience, well-structured approach.
- Successful experience in project management, fund raising.
- Proven ability to develop networks in order to achieve excellence.
- Responsiveness and customer service oriented attitude.
- Experience in sales with proven results.
- Experience with international companies or groups.
