Duties:
- Coordination of product supply from EU and other countries in to Russia.
- Communication with BASF colleagues in Germany regarding product supply.
- Communication with preselected forwarders, carriers, sea-line to track-and-trace shipments.
- To check import documents before goods arrival to the border.
- Keep the reports for order status tracking.
- To coordinate customs clearance of the goods with customs broker.
- Communication with colleges from the sales, finance and other departments regarding business related topics.
- To prepare monthly reporting.
- Work in SAP and other IT tools for information and documents upload.
Requirements:
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in technical, economic, logistic area.
- Experience with SAP (ERP), MS office.
- 3 years+ Experience in logistics and supply chain in area of import/export operations, transport management, planning.
- Basic knowledge of Russian customs procedures, INCOTERMS, commercial & transport documentation for international and domestic transportation.
- Oral and written English, German as plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player.
