- At least 3 years of successful track record in B2B sales.
- Sold complex, services across a long sales cycle.
- Studied at top tier Russian State University.
- Network of senior HR, recruitment or training contacts.
- International experience: has studied, lived or worked outside of the Russia.
- Native Russian speaker.
