We are looking for an HR Administration Specialist for an international Mining company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders for hire, transfer, vacation leave, dismissal of employees (permanent and temporary), as well as other types of personnel orders;
- Keep register of labor books, make necessary records in labour books of personnel, and keep counting employees' length of service in accordance with the Russian labor legislation;
- Maintain HR database. Enter information into database about employees; ensure timely update of information in the database;
- Create and manage personnel files on employees (national & expatriate employees, consultants);
- Prepare all necessary personnel information as requested by HR management team;
- Maintain all HR registers (orders, employment agreements, sick leaves, vacations, expat payments.);
- Prepare all kinds of statistical reports; manage all internal and external data requests for HR data as requested by HR management team. Submit all reports to appropriate state agencies in a timely manner;
- Prepare different types of reports on personnel turnover, analytical charts on personnel movevement as requested by HR management team;
- Verify sick leaves certificates in accordance with timesheets data;
- Work closely with Payroll Accountant on all issues related to payment to employees (timesheets submission, orders submission on vacations and other types of leaves);
- Accept requests on employees' medical insurance, life insurance and work closely with providers on resolving issues with medical and life insurance (when needed);
- Prepare all necessary documents to turnover to state archive as per legislative requirements;
- Explain provisions and regulations of the Russian labor legislation to the employees when necessary;
- Take all measures to ensure integrity and protection of personal data of the Company employees;
- Coordinate expatriates’ mobilization and On Boarding when and as required;
- Coordinate the process of obtaining work permits and work visas for expatriate personnel with appropriate state authorities, agencies and specialists within the Company;
- Cover for other HR Admin Team members during vacation/leave of absence as directed by management;
- Accomplish various tasks as requested by HR management team.
Requirements:
- Higher professional education (University degree in any of areas - HR, Economics, Finance or Law);
- 5-7 years of HR experience in international companies and/or projects;
- Experience of work with expatriates,shift/rotation types of work, Far North;
- Strong knowledge of RF Labor Code and HR administration;
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and 1C database – advanced user, western ERP systems - preferred;
- Fluent English and Russian skills (written and oral).
Conditions:
- Labour contract according to Russian Labour Code;
