Our client is a huge developing international agriculture company (swine production (over 8000 Danish sows) & poultry & feed production etc.).
Manager of pig-breeding complexes (Kursk region)
Main functions:
- Full management of 3 complexes in the Kursk region.
- Reporting will be to the company COO, who oversees all pig operations inside the company. There will be knowledge sharing meetings with other regional managers and consultant visits for upgrading the overall operational performance.
- High focus on production efficiency. Knowledge and expertise exchange in swine production.
- High focus on implementation and practical training of local staff in operational procedures.
- High focus on the company’s continuously development/strengthening of biosecurity.
Requirements:
- Agriculture high education.
- Managerial experience - people, farm process.
- English - confident working level or for Europeans Russian - working level.
- Knowhow for operations with Danish Genetics/Danbreed pigs are a must.
- Extended knowledge and track record in pig production management.
- Ability to work and implement procedures in a Russia located company.
- Candidate should be ready and willing to relocate to the Kursk region.
