Job responsibilities
- Monitor Moscow and regional retail network, incl. shopping malls and local key players, consumer behavior, current and potential development
- Take active part in Country mapping process in order to identify potential Omnichannel development opportunities and optimize existing footprint, incl. relevant Retail formats (Levi’s Store, Shop in Shop, Multibrand Store)
- Analyze potential new partners’ opportunities, identify Levi’s potential clients, strategically analyze potential locations for Levi’s stores run by Partners
- Run an agreed number of new and existing partners which deliver growth targets and profitability
- Develop effective relationships with Partners incl. commercial leads, buying, merchandising and store management teams to establish and maintain customer and consumer satisfaction to support business objectives through the delivery of agreed operating standards
- Provide short- and medium-term forecasts of the business development within assigned territory in line with requirements
- Ensure marketing and assortment plans are in place for the relevant Partners
- Ensure categories expansion incl. Levi’s Accessories, Footwear, Tops and Bottoms business, cross-gender
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by transferring the Brand values to the customers, develop long term partnership
- Make sure that Brand & Product knowledge is well understood, smartly adapted and transferred to each relevant partner
Requirements
- University degree
- 3 years on similar position in apparel company
- Upper-Intermediate English, advanced MS Office user
- Strong market knowledge. Strong Apparel, Accessories, Footwear product knowledge
- Ability to plan short & medium terms, good analytical skills
- Growing mindset, capability to act fast, suggest and implement innovative solutions
- Personal/professional sensibility to retail distribution and Brands
