Japanese company (A global premium brand with a wide range of products: from basic ingredients to ready-made dishes of Asian, in particular Japanese cuisine) is looking for Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with existing/potential customers in the assigned territory and/or market segment (wholesaler, restaurants, mass caterer and industrial clients) to generate new business and is responsible for conducting the necessary negotiations to secure orders.
- Demonstration of company products (features, prices and discounts on goods) to existing/potential customers and assists customers in selecting the products best suited for their needs.
- Motivates potential customers to start business with the company for services in accordance with approved programs to stimulate sales.
- Handling of customer complaints and ensures that all complaints will be handled in a professional manner.
- Carries out timely processing of documentation and maintains records of orders and contracts
- Manages the delivery of goods from the warehouse to the customer.
- Maintains and records up-to-date customer information in company database.
- Market research and analysis of assigned territory and/or market segment to determine the value of existing/potential customer base and formulates the sales strategy to maximize sales.
- Carries out marketing campaign, participates in the development and implementation of projects related company sales activities.
- Coordinate and communicate with Sales Support and Sales Development to avoid out of stock situation and to ensure timely shipments.
- Monitors customer payments for the goods in accordance with contracted terms and is responsible for the accounts receivable management and collection.
- Periodical visits to the warehouse to deepen knowledge of company products (appearance, measurements and packaging).
Requirements:
- Higher education
- English – Upper- intermediate
- Japanese is advantage
- Excel – intermediate
- Experience in sales more than 1 year
