As the global market for commercial logistics, road construction, mining and shipping continues is to grow, fleet managers need reliable solutions and services to handle fuel consumption. Omnicomm’s R&D team has engineered a robust hardware and complex algorithms to continuously monitor fuel consumption in moving vehicles, and provides rich analytics to fleet managers via internet and mobile. We are a very fast paced, hungry B2B business with a focus on innovative technology, quality and professional services. You will be responsible for the promotion, and sales of Omnicomm’s solutions and services onto international marketplaces and Key Accounts, in particular channel partners like global Fleet Management Service Providers, Internet of Things and Telecommunication Service Providers, Original Equipment Manufacturers with focus in the automotive marketplace.
You will closely interact with other stakeholders from Omnicomm’s Research and Development, Product Management, Marketing Communication and Commercial Departments located in Brazil, the European Union, India, Mexico, and Russia to develop new channel partners, vertical marketplaces, strategic partnerships and achieve business objectives of Omnicomm. You will leverage marketing and communication resources to build brand preference, conversion, sales and technical resources to develop
Essential Duties:
- Revenue Responsibility: You will be responsible for driving sales. You will do this by creating solution demand and aligning it to fulfillment channel. Plan sales strategy and drive its execution. Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, development of territory sales pipeline, and meet monthly revenue targets. You will administer channel sales and pricing within your target marketplace to meet discount targets and price stability.
- Channel Partner Development: Own the creation and development of channel partners in your marketplace. This will require evaluation and recruitment of channel partners, support set-up, capital infusion, training and certification. Develop partner capability to create own funnel and align partner to fulfill your key account opportunities.
- Sales campaign management: Work with marketing team to drive new product and service introductions. You will support marketing team to pick up key insights from customers and channel partners or key accounts required for product and solution enhancement. Leverage and support new customer outreach campaigns across- email, social media, press and tele sales. Support marketing to develop new campaigns, and case studies. Develop and execute BTL marketing campaigns, support execution of digital marketing strategy, case study development. Periodic review of campaign effectiveness, fine tune execution. Budgeting and campaign planning.
- Enterprise sales & key account management: A key part of our sales success will come from large enterprise customers adopting Omnicomm Fleet and Fuel Management (2FMS) solutions. You will be responsible for developing and driving enterprise sales pipeline. This will require need assessment, solutioning, targeted communication, setting up POCs, demonstrating business benefit, and aligning relevant fulfillment channel for sales closure.
- Order management & forecasting: You will be accountable for Quote to cash management for your channel partners. You will work with sales support desk to ensure timely order fulfillment and collections. You will facilitate efficient RMA process. Periodically review and improve order management for your territory. Provide relevant MIS and manage territory sales data to support accurate sales forecasting.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, or preferable Master Degree (business, linguistics, or with equivalent experience)
- Solid in-depth knowledge and expertise in international high technology marketplaces, the closer the better to our target marketplaces
- Minimum of 3 years of international sales experience directly

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, preferable second language like French, Spain or German
- Quality and detail-oriented
- Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
