One of the most popular projects in the field of blockchain technology is looking for new team members for Business Development Department in Netherlands. If you are the wolf of sales and market development welcome to our team!
Main Purpose of the Job Role:
To increase the levels of new users and to retain existing users as outlined
in the Business Plan.
To maximize all opportunities to promote Credits blockchain technology and identify new business opportunities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment of new clients to promote the usage of Credits blockchain in line with the Business Plan.
2. To generate leads to increase new users revenue.
3. To attend events and meet potential new members.
4. Work closely with the Training Executive and Development Executive to generate
opportunities for new clients revenue.
5. Maintain the CRM system.
6. Ensure KPIs are achieved as outlined in the Business Plan.
7. To work as part of the team and contribute to the achievement of its overall
objectives.
Experience & Knowledge:
1.Successful background in sales and customer service
2.Knowledge/experience of working in a commercial environment
3.Previous experience of networking to increase business opportunities
4.Knowledge of CRM systems
5.Good business acumen, financial and budgetary experience
6.Experience of working in a target driven business
7.Competencies, Skills & Personal Attributes:
8.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and externally
9.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
10.Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards
11.Excellent team player. Provide full flexibility in supporting other areas of the business as and when required including cover for absences of team members when necessary.
