Are you passionate about LEGO bricks? Do you have experience in Customer Service and Logistics? Then it’s your chance now to join our team in Moscow and be responsible for the Customer service team.
The role of Customer service manager is responsible for accurate and smooth flow of goods from regional DC to Customers, for invoicing, also handle with claims and order management.
Core Responsibilities

be a role model and functional lead for Customer Service and logistic team, with focus on continuous capability building and people development

provide excellent service level to external and internal Customers within LEGO Operating model
-
take ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution

be a driver of processes and system optimization, including SAP implementation
-
be a strong partner for other business and group functions (Supply Chain Operations, RDC, KAM, Marketing, Finance) in multifunctional activities ensuring business development and growth
Play your part in our team succeeding
Operations Department key focus area is being the ultimate owner of the overall flow of goods to the Market place. Starting from the analysis of the current performance and trends, sending signals to production sites on SKU level with 18-month horizon, ending with the execution of the flow of goods to the customer shelves. To secure the above responsibilities end to end order processing needs to be in place.
Do you have what it takes

Degree in Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Business or related field of study

Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar function preferably in a FMCG company

Experience with RDC and local warehouse management
-
People leadership and development
-
System and process optimization experience, incl SAP implementation
