KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for customer relationship building and maintenance in Regional key accounts channels;
- Sales targets planning and fulfillment in, take the main responsibility of sell in and sell out. Able to control sales steps in accordance with local calendar, customer campaign calendar and vendor’s product calendar;
- Portfolio and matrix management: line-up management, price analysis and competition management within the responsible channel;
- Joint marketing activity control: planning, execution, control of effectiveness, trade- marketing (managing "in-store displays/experience activities");
- Fields visiting (shop monitoring). Sales operation and routine business management including but not limited to regular forecast, channel inventory, logistic and shipment control;
- Able to integrate and lead related business department to fulfill the target.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
The ideal candidate will be a highly successful with strong relevant experience. The successful candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- 2+ sales management experience;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Advanced PC user (MS Office);
- Advanced negotiation & presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking;
- Self-motivated and goal oriented;
- Team player.
