For our Global HR team, we are looking for professional Talent Acquisition Manager, who ready for interesting and challenging goals!
What will you do?
- be responsible for Recruitment field in all locations of the company (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Bucharest, Warsaw and Singapore and others);
- personally, recruit candidates for the different positions and in the different cities/countries;
- participate in the opening of new locations (market analysis, planning, recruitment, adaptation);
- constantly collaborate with local HR managers;
- create Recruitment standards for all locations, and monitor their compliance;
- develop and implement globally detailed person specifications, as well as tasty job posts;
- develop a library of cases and questions for candidates’ evaluation; introduce other methods of evaluation.
Who are we looking for?
- a professional Recruiter with a minimum experience of 3 years in the field;
- a recruiter, who perfectly knows the classical steps and standards of recruitment process, as well as main channels and different evaluation methods of recruitment;
- professional with experience in Executive search & Hunting. Experience in international recruitment will be an advantage;
- independent, proactive, result oriented and friendly person. Ready for international business trips;
- fluent English speaker (it is a must, because 90% of your time you will communicate in English).
