Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management.
- Successful record of 4-6 years working experience in a management position, preferable in distribution, retail, logistics or similar.
- Proven successful leadership in delivering both business result and people development in a matrix organisation.
- Proven experience in implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies and plans when successfully lead projects or processes on country/market/national level
- Knowledge in the following areas:
- IKEA business model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working;
- Good business understanding and excellent knowledge of Multichannel Network related IKEA processes, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment;
- Excellent understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets;
- Market & industry intelligence;
- Change management and stakeholder management;
- Knowledge of different leadership styles and leading in the unknown.
- Financial competence.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of tools, processes and ways of working in co-creation with the groups function and take accountability for the market implementation of globally developed of tools, processes and ways of working.
- Accountable for defining the Fulfilment Development Roadmap in the market in tune with the evolving market benchmarks to enable IKEA results and succeed in a multichannel environment.
- Accountable for organising communication and reporting of progress towards all relevant stakeholders through all stages of the multichannel network and development project(s) and taking needed actions to secure the readiness of the Customer Fulfilment organisation on market level for implementation of the multichannel network or development projects.
- Accountable for preparing the investment request connected to Customer Fulfilment investments and the investment budget on the market level.
- Accountable for providing business cases and enabling the implementation of development and innovation solutions in the market.
- Accountable for development of new solutions in the fulfilment units and service fulfilment.
- Accountable to secure long-term Fulfilment capacities and capabilities through new solutions and expansion of the multi-channel network.
- Accountable for keeping the total picture of fulfilment development and multichannel network together and synchronised on the market including capturing ideas from within the company, securing that the development happens in collaboration between all related INGKA functions in the market.
- Accountable for securing development and innovation of fulfilment units and service fulfilment through identifying, evaluating and scaling best practices within IKEA and through setting the right priorities based on input from market and group level, industry intelligence and benchmarking.
- Responsible for the cooperation with key partners within and outside of retail while contributing with both knowledge and resources to optimal operational and multichannel development, sourcing activities as well as to all matrixes, global and market initiatives and competence networks.
- Accountable to lead, coach and develop the Market Development and Multichannel Network organisation, to maintain a strong, collaborative relationship across INGKA Russia.
